 Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is more than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date:

 If you wish to cancel your booking please notify Una by phone or email immediately. Cancellation anytime up to four weeks prior to the agreed arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If the cancellation is within 4 weeks of the arrival date (and payment has been made in full): We will endeavour to re-let the property for the period booked. If we are able to re-let the property for the period booked then we will return 75 % of all monies paid by you. 25% of the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages for the breach of contract. If we are unable to re-let the apartment, then the guest shall be liable for the full cost of the booked rental period.

Damage & Loss

Guests must notify Una upon arrival at the Property should they find any existing damage or cleanliness issues. Una or the cleaners will attend to any issues that can be immediately addressed, and otherwise will note the issues so that the guest will not be held liable.

Liability

The guest acknowledges that Una is not liable for any sickness, injury, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the occupancy of Cheyne Street. The guest also agrees that Una is not liable for any damage to personal property or persons occupying Sycamore House caused by weather conditions, exceptional or otherwise.

Housekeeping /Damage Deposit

A housekeeping/damage deposit of £250  will be taken at the time of paying the balance for Cheyene Street. If Cheyene Street is left in a clean and tidy manner and no damage or smoking has occurred, then the deposit shall be returned to the guest by bank transfer within 3 working days of the guest’s departure.

Pets

We allow one well-behaved dog to stay in the house although prior approval must be sought and given. We would ask that you please inform Una at the time of booking if you wish to bring a dog with you. A pet will incur an additional cleaning fee which guests will be informed of at time of booking. The maximum number of dogs allowed at any one time is one, and must not exceed this number. We would kindly ask that dogs be kept off all furniture in the apartment.

Smoking

The apartment is strictly no smoking.
