The space
With it's own entrance from the street, the apartment is a private, relaxing space for two, the perfect place to rest after a busy day exploring the city or the Lothian countryside. It's design includes a convivial open-plan kitchen and living area; a restful double-bedroom; bathroom with cast-iron soaking tub and separate shower plus a dedicated office (or reading room) for those who might combine work or study with their visit. An enviable location less than a minute's walk from Stockbridge's best bits also makes it a great base for comings and goings through the day.

Our apartment is designed for longer stays, with a minimum booking period of 7 nights. We welcome guests looking for a comfortable base for work, relocation, or extended visits to Edinburgh.
Different length stays may be possible by request — please enquire. The space is particularly suited to those combining work and travel, including international visitors and professionals on extended stays, with a dedicated home office, fibre broadband, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Rates start from £160 per night, calculated on a pro-rata basis for 7-night stays (low season).
